Jasmine Werneburg
Jasmine works in our native title and civil litigation team providing advice to Aboriginal groups and Prescribed Body Corporates on various native title, Aboriginal heritage matters, civil and corporate governance matters.
Jasmine is passionate about advancing the rights of Aboriginal groups and people with a keen interest in helping people navigate complex legal systems.
Jasmine has previous experience in Disability and Human Rights matters in the Administrative Review Tribunal and the Australian Human Rights Commission.
She was a Finalist in the 7News Young Achiever Awards in 2024 and 2025 in the category Webster’s Achievement in Law Award, for her work in Native Title, Disability Rights law and her ongoing advocacy on Human Rights issues and policy.
