We recommend you bring all documents which relate to your legal issue including any correspondence you have received from lawyers for the other party, court documents, and any records you have that relate to the history of the dispute and about your current position. As soon as you receive or have been served with court documents, you should contact our office to make an appointment. You may need to respond to defend the claim or charge against you within a certain timeframe. If you delay and miss the deadline you may lose the opportunity to respond or defend yourself. We can advise you about your position and assist you with the next steps.
